The split housing of CFk VIM series fans is made of a composite material with enhanced sound-absorbing and impact-resistant properties. The fans are equipped with SHUFT motor-impellers with plastic or metal backward-curved blades. The motor is an asynchronous external rotor IP44, and the terminal box is IP55. The electric motor with the impeller is statically and dynamically balanced in 2 planes. The motor's ball bearings are maintenance-free and have a long service life. The fan motor features built-in thermal protection with automatic restart. Fan speed regulation is achieved by changing the voltage using five-step TRE-T transformers or single-phase SRE smooth speed controllers. Multiple fans can be connected to one controller, provided that the total current of the fans does not exceed the rated current of the controller. They are used for air movement in round ducts of supply and exhaust ventilation systems for residential, public, administrative, and industrial premises. Installation: Fans are supplied ready for connection. They can be installed in any position, in accordance with the airflow direction (according to the arrow on the fan housing). Access for fan maintenance must be provided. Power Connection: There is a terminal box on the fan housing for connection to the electrical network. Connection of the fans must be performed only by qualified personnel and in accordance with the wiring diagram. Maintenance: Fans do not require special technical maintenance. The only requirement is cleaning the impeller.
