VA-99M switch is designed as a monoblock and consists of a base and a cover with a false panel, which has a window for the control handle and a 'Test' button plunger to check the switch disconnection mechanism. The base is made of heat-resistant, non-flammable plastic and serves as the load-bearing structure for connection terminals, stationary and moving contacts with an arc suppression system, the control mechanism, and the overcurrent protection unit. The cover covers all moving elements of the control mechanism and internal live parts.
