The switch-disconnector is designed for operation in AC circuits with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage up to 690V. It is used for switching electrical circuits in power distribution devices. Switch-disconnector versions: - with an installed operating handle; - reversing, with an installed operating handle. Reversing switch-disconnectors are designed for transferring load to a standby line with a power break. The electrical characteristics of VNK reversing switch-disconnectors allow for load switching between two power sources, even with currents having a high inductive component and motor starting currents. VNK switch-disconnectors have the option to connect an additional fourth pole (models 160-400A).
