Main Earthing Busbar (MEB) box is designed for connecting several conductors for grounding and equipotential bonding in TN-C-S and TN-S grounding systems. It provides protection against electric shock and is installed in the main distribution board (MDB) or outside it in a separate enclosure. The MEB box construction is a welded metal structure containing a copper busbar with holes for connecting conductors. Access to the busbar is provided through a door on the front of the box.
