Application area: ZK rivet is designed to create non-detachable connections of various materials and structural parts, including those accessible from one side. It can be used in the production and installation of suspended facade systems, roofing systems, air ducts, chimneys, ventilation systems, and other thin-walled structures made of profiled sheeting and metal tiles. Construction: consists of a sleeve in the form of a tube made of aluminum blank and a stem made of steel wire with an anti-corrosion zinc coating. Material: aluminum, steel. Features: a special manual, cordless, or pneumatic-hydraulic tool – a rivet gun – is used for installation. In case of incorrect rivet installation, disassembly is possible. For this purpose, the rivet is drilled out using a drill bit of the same diameter used to drill the hole, and its remains are removed from the hole.
