The insulator is used as an electrical insulating element in the mounting assemblies of uninsulated and shielded 20 kV overhead lines. It is designed for fastening wires to supports, providing insulation between the wires and the supports. The design consists of a high-strength fiberglass rod, with an MRN of at least 70 kN, protected by a solid cast silicone ribbed shell, equipped with pressed galvanized steel end fittings. End fitting type: stud-eyelet. The shell provides protection against moisture and contaminants. Pollution level: III. The product has a low weight and is characterized by strength and ease of installation. The insulator is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, temperature fluctuations (from -60 to +50), corrosion, and aggressive atmospheric influences.
