Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCB) AVDT34 are designed to protect persons from electric shock due to insulation failure in electrical installations, to prevent fires caused by leakage currents to ground, and to protect against overload and short circuits in AC networks with a voltage of 400 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. AVDT34 with built-in overcurrent protection responds not only to sinusoidal alternating differential currents, but also to pulsating direct differential currents.
