Chemically resistant PTFE cable tie, 7.3 mm wide and 300 mm long, is designed for fixing and securing wires under conditions of prolonged exposure to ultraviolet radiation, radiation, high humidity, significant temperature fluctuations, and chemically aggressive substances. The material possesses absolute chemical inertness, is resistant to acids, alkalis, and reagents, and its hygroscopicity, close to 0%, allows maintaining high stability and the stated characteristics of the tie during sharp temperature changes. The tie maintains its properties in a temperature range from -60 to +170 °C. Due to the combination of these characteristics, the tie is widely used in the food, aerospace, automotive, railway, and shipbuilding industries. The estimated service life is 25 years.
