The blades undergo a heat treatment process and possess high strength and wear resistance. Sandblasting of the blades prevents corrosion. Special teeth prevent slipping during cutting. Non-slip rubberized handles provide a reliable grip. A blocker prevents accidental opening of the shears during storage or transportation. A hole in the handle allows the shears to be stored in a suspended position.
