The penetration consists of tightly packed pillows, the shell of which is made of fireproof fabric, and inside there is a thermo-expanding filler. Under the influence of high temperature (>200 °C), the fire-resistant pillows swell by more than 40% of their original volume, thereby forming a tight seal that prevents the further spread of open flame and heat.
