"RAM block" is a system of universal metal enclosures—welded and assembled—as well as control stands. Automation, monitoring, control, and relay protection equipment is placed inside the cabinets. The cabinets reliably protect the devices placed inside from external influences. Enclosures are made of durable steel with a thickness of 1.2 – 1.5 mm. This allows for the placement of heavy equipment inside and provides an impact resistance rating of IK 10. Doors are made of metal with a thickness of 1.5 – 2 mm. A polyurethane foam coating is applied to the inner side of the door, which improves sealing quality. The enclosure edge fold prevents moisture and debris from entering the interior of the cabinet, and the production holes have special plugs, achieving an IP 65/IP 66 dust and water protection rating. A three-stage automated painting system provides the enclosures with a durable coating resistant to chipping and scratches. Accessories allow for the creation of complex individual solutions based on basic components. Sectional panels are used to restrict access and install modular equipment. They are made of 1.5 mm thick steel and are powder-coated. Height: 150 mm, width: 600 mm.
