The use of trays and accessories of the "S5 Combitech" system allows for the construction of cable routes of complex shapes, with turns and bends, both horizontal and vertical. An internal vertical angle is used to turn the route in a vertical plane. The accessory allows for a smooth 90° turn. It is compatible with trays 200 mm wide and 50 mm high. The internal radius of the accessory is 115 mm. Steel thickness is 0.8 mm. The complete accessory kit includes everything necessary for reliable installation: the required fasteners and connection plates. Accessories in "Zinc-lamella" finish have a special coating based on chemically active magnesium resin with added aluminum and zinc flakes. This coating provides electrochemical and barrier corrosion protection. The corrosion resistance indicators of the DKS zinc-lamella coating are similar to those of hot-dip galvanized coating.
